3.The information LH Artists receive from you?
3.1 We may collect and process the following information about you:
(a) Details such as e-mail provided by filling in forms on our Site.
This could be contacting us for representation we would then have any details you have supplied to us.
If represented by us opting in for third party sites (such as Tagmin www.tagmin.co.uk) to assist in the management of client’s submissions, jobs and payments may be required. This will be made clear and user’s will then be bound by the third party’s Term & Conditions.
(c) if you contact us via e-mail or post, we may keep a record of your correspondence
(d) You are able to delete add and amend your personal information
4. What do we do with the information that we collect about you and why may we do this?
LH Artists may process your information for contact purposes and then later (if represented by LHA) to submit you for castings/jobs. This is executed via Tagmin wwwtagmin.co.uk and users will be introduced and then if happy bound by their (Tagmin)Terms & Conditions.
We will not share your information with any third parties without your express consent.

5.2 LH Artists is linked to Google analytics, which we let us know traffic, page views and other relevant information used to manage and improve the Site.
5.3 LH Artists will keep your personal information on our systems for as long as we operate or run a relevant activity.

7.1 Any information is password protected and stored on our secure servers. No access is granted to the system other than our web developer and one team member.
